Representatives from the Save the Valley organization were served papers in Concord and Chadds Ford townships on Tuesday ordering the group to pack up their s and leave polling places.
The group, whose primary focus involves ceasing the development of Vineyard Commons in Concord, supports candidates who have pledged to curb development in the Beaver Valley Parcel. Tuesday at Marris Grove in Concordville and threatened with arrest.
Another Save the Valley representative was served with papers at around 3 p. However, since the original copy had specifically declared Concord off-limits for the Save the Valley group, it had now been modified.
Election Bureau Director Laureen Hagan and another witness testified at that hearing, said Catania, and the judge ordered that Hoover also be called.
